Dues: $114 per year; $50 application fee
Requirements: open to free-lancers or consultants in a communications discipline who are self-employed and have no employees.
Note: To qualify for this special rate, you must be actively in business, rather than simply contemplating working as a consultant, free-lancer or sole proprietor. You may not be otherwise gainfully employed. Please submit either a Web address (use the "comments" section on the application form) or a business card along with your application (your business card may be sent separately.)
