Registering for an Event

Registration for each event opens approximately one month in advance. Registration typically closes two days before the event so that we can inform the caterer of how many lunches we will need.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you cannot use a credit card, please request an invoice when you register and you can pay at the door with cash or check. (No credit cards at the door.)

If a conflict arises after you have registered and before the registration period ends, we will refund your registration fee. Just email and let us know that you have to cancel. Once the registration period ends (typically 2-3 days before the event), refunds are no longer available.
