LaDonna Greiner currently inspires businesses and individuals to discover the power of gratitude in the workplace, their lives and the world and act on it. She is a public speaker, entrepreneur, author and photographer with a published book series that gives employers, coworkers and individuals 21 suggestions how to express gratitude and a line of notecards featuring her photos.
LaDonna, Chief Gratitude Officer of LG Consulting & Training LLC, leads hundreds of people each year toward increased gratitude, meaningful appreciation and effective recognition through speaking engagements, coaching and workshops. She creatively brings the benefits of gratitude to life through canvas painting, photo journeys and other innovative activities.
LaDonna has more than 25 years of experience in fundraising, client relations, communications and marketing. She served as co-founded Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin Co. Florida and board president, treasurer of Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce, vice president and membership chair for local Association of Fundraising Professionals chapters and an organizer for 1 Million Cups Springfield Missouri.
LaDonna is actively involved in the Springfield community, serving as program chair for Association for Women in Communication, advisory committee member for 1 Million Cups and board member of Business As Ministry. She is an active member of Business 2 Business, Toastmasters, Network of Christian Alliance and Professional Women’s Group.
LaDonna holds a bachelor degree from Drury University and is a Certified Facilitator for Appreciation at Work.
LaDonna lives in Springfield with her husband where she enjoys kayaking, hiking and glamping with family and friends.
