Registration Information

Full Conference Registration Package:

Early-Bird Registration (Members) - $325
Early-Bird Registration (Non-members) - $425
Regular Rate (Members) - $385
Regular Rate (Non-Members) - $485
Students/Faculty Advisor/Retirees - $325

The Full Conference package includes all conference events, all meals, general and seminar sessions, Welcome Reception, Clarion/Matrix Dinner and Night Out.

Registration Policies Information:

To receive the Early-Bird rate, registration must be postmarked by July 31, or received at AWC headquarters by August 4 (online, fax, email, overnight).
Notice of cancellation must be received by August 14, 2006 to qualify for a refund. Refunds are less a $50 processing fee.
Substitutions are allowed in lieu of cancellation.
Hotel registration deadline is August 24, 2006. After cutoff, call to check availability.
Special dietary and access needs should be noted on the registration form.
Chapter Groups: Please complete the mail-in Group Registration Form to register a group of four (4) or more people and qualify for the 10% group rate. Payment must be included with the application. Online application is not available for the group registration.

The custom registration is available for those not registering for a full conference package, or to who want to register a guest for a single event.

Single-Day Event, Friday Sept. 15 - $100
- Two sessions and lunch
Night Out, Friday Sept. 15 - $55
Headliner Luncheon, Saturday Sept. 16 - $35
Clarion/Matrix Dinner, Saturday Sept. 16 - $60
